MOVIE MUSICAL SUMMER CAMP 2025
July -27 - August 7 2025
2 Week Camp
AGES 6-18
We are making a MUSICAL MOVIE!! We will be offering all the choreography, singing, acting, and prop/costume making we love from our Theater camps but this time we will be adding the exciting element of filming. Learning how to be on camera and getting to see yourself up on the big screen is so much fun a great additional skill to learn! We will shoot outside in nature and inside in front of a green screen. Singing will be recorded professionally separately just like a real Movie Musical!
We will have a movie showing the last day of camp for family and friends and the community!! At the showing we will also be performing scenes from our Musical! There will have an online premier so you can share with people even if they are out of town!

Testimonials from Parents...
"AMTC's summer camp has been a summer-must for my girls for 10 years. Ms. Priscilla's love for sharing her musical theater talents with her students is evident each summer as family and friends are wow'd by the quality of the productions she is able to pull together in just two weeks. The kids are immediately engaged in all aspects of putting together a production. They are involved in painting sets, building props, creating costumes, and developing choreography. Although the thrill and excitement of being on stage is a joy to watch as the talented kids perform, I believe the very best part of their two weeks together takes place backstage as they come together to encourage and support each other. My girls' experiences with AMTC's summer camp will truly be cherished for a life-time."
"My daughter has done many theater summer camps and this is by far the best one out there. The instruction is first rate and the children get the total experience--from set design, costumes, singing, dancing, and acting. I was stunned and amazed by the professional performance that these children did after only two weeks! If you are interested in a top notch first class drama class, look no further than here."
"My daughter looks forward to this camp all year! It’s always a wonderful experience – an intense outpouring of creativity and joy. In just two weeks’ time, Priscilla Smith empowers a team of kids to do something unbelievable: put on a full-scale musical when they have no prior knowledge and few tools. They start with paint and a few scrap items on Day 1. In short order, they learn the script, music, and dance routines; design and build the sets and costumes; learn production, lighting, and choreography. The end result amazes and inspires everyone every single time. There is truly no other camp like it!"

"We think it is important to thank all of the teachers that inspired her throughout the years so we wanted to reach-out to you. Your camp taught her much about theater from performing, collaboration, to designing sets—all at such at young age! We really loved your camp and that’s why we drove about 40 minutes each way to have her participate. Thank you for continuing to inspire our young learners! You are making a difference."
“My kids loved attending Musical Theater Camp. To create a show from scratch and be part of all the elements, make new friends and show off their creativity, you see their spirits shine!” ~ Cassandra Alls
